Case
Study – Metro-Optix
A rapidly expanding
start-up focused on the white-hot optical networking market, Metro-Optix
needed to accommodate its rapid growth. They also wanted to upgrade their
headquarters from a 42,000 square foot former shopping center to a more
impressive state of the art facility. After a six-month search, we found
the perfect solution – a newly available office that was formerly
leased by a major software company. Within one business day of the new
facility coming on the market, our team was touring the facility, and
we began negotiations within three days. Our market knowledge and readiness
to move rapidly enabled us to out-negotiate three other parties interested
in the property, and Metro-Optix began the move into their new 92,000
s.f. square foot office within 45 days of lease execution. It's just one
more example of how linking up with Gallini & Lester is paying off

Study – Galderma Laboratories
Galderma, an International
skin care company, had outgrown their U.S. Headquarters and had a separate
warehouse in another city. Galderma was looking for a simple, single solution
to this problem. Their list of requirements was aggessive – 50,000
square feet of office space; 70,000 square feet of warehouse space; and
rapid access to UPS, FedEx air, rail and trucking routes. We worked with
assembled a team of architects, engineers, planners, construction managers
and investors, and got to work. The result? Galderma is sitting pretty,
with a custom-built state of the art facility at Alliance Airport.

Study – Uniden
Uniden's newly formed
PSS pager repair subsidiary had outgrown its space. Timing was also critical
– the company needed to find an 80,000 square foot facility within
90 days or risk losing a major contract. We rolled up our sleeves and
went to work. We found what they wanted, negotiated a below market lease
and supervised the necessary renovations – all in less than 90 days.

Study – Triad Spectrum
Like many high-tech
companies, Triad Spectrum's growth was skyrocketing. They needed to expand
their space from 5,000 to 8,000 square feet, while remaining sensitive
to concerns with about employee retention. We found them an existing space
in a new office park, and since then, negotiated a favorable rate for
another major expansion, providing Triad Spectrum with a full spectrum
of tenant representation services.
